All of our jewelry is made with love using high-quality sterling silver and brass, plated with 18K or 14K gold for that beautiful, long-lasting shine. Every piece is hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and cadmium-free, which makes it perfect for sensitive skin.

How do I take care of my jewelry?
It’s simple! Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft cloth after wearing it to remove oils and buildup. Store your pieces in a dry place, away from humidity — like your Leéa Jewelry pouch or box. A little care goes a long way
Do you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes! Some of our favorites do come back, but many designs are limited. If you see something you love, don’t wait — it might not be around for long Follow us on Instagram or sign up for our newsletter for restock updates
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we do — as long as it’s within 30 days of receiving your order and the items are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Please note: earrings and sale items are final sale for hygiene reasons
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 2–5 business days, and shipping time depends on where you’re located. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not ship internationally! If we do, delivery times and fees vary depending on your location, and any customs or import fees are the customer’s responsibility
Can I cancel or change my order?
We start processing orders as soon as they’re placed, so we can’t guarantee changes but email us ASAP at leeajewelryllc@gmail.com and we’ll try our best to help
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
We’re so sorry! Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at leeajewelryllc@gmail.com with your order number and a few photos. We’ll take care of you right away

Yes! Every order comes with our signature Leéa Jewelry packaging and it’s perfect for gifting. You can also add a sweet personalized message at checkout if it’s for someone special
