If a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, Leéa Jewelry is not responsible for replacing or refunding the order. Customers are responsible for filing claims with the carrier for lost or stolen packages.

Orders cannot be edited once placed. Customers are responsible for providing the correct address at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

To qualify for a return:
     •     Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
     •     Items must be returned in their original packaging

For hygiene and quality-control reasons:
     •     Earrings are final sale
     •     Any jewelry removed from its sealed plastic bag is final sale
     •     Sale, discounted, promotional, or clearance items are final sale

All return requests must be approved by our team before being sent back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect
